CROME is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering students in Ennis, Texas, by providing mentorship, scholarships, and career guidance to support their post-secondary success. Whether through traditional college pathways or trade schools, we help students navigate their future with confidence.

Our initiatives include the CROME Success Phases, a structured approach that connects students with mentors, facilitates job shadowing, assists with college applications and financial aid, and supports career placement after graduation.

We are also developing a centralized scholarship platform for Ellis County, streamlining financial aid opportunities for students and schools.
