Organiser's Description
Join RunWell on the 1000 MILE CHALLENGE, Midwest edition! It's exactly what it sounds like. Run 1000 miles in 2024 and get sweet prizes on January 1, 2025 at the Resolution Run (participants not located in our geographical area will receive their swag in the mail after the Challenge is completed). You can also include any "purposeful" walking (Note: daily activities, work, errands, should not be counted)!
Complete the Challenge and you'll earn cool swag on January 1, 2025! We have a custom RunWell 1000 Mile Challenge belt buckle and performance shirt for all Challenge finishers!
We will track your mileage through the website and app TrainingPeaks. If you already have an account, attach to Coach Jen Schaller. If you don't have an account, we will email a link to you with login information. Wear your Garmin during your run and simply "upload" the data after the run. You can also prove your mileage through other apps that you already use: MapMyRun, Strava, etc. (You will be asked to provide mileage totals on a monthly basis.)
