Thanks to generous sponsorship from Quaintance-Weaver Restaurants & Hotels, every registrant will have a chance to win an overnight stay at either the O. Henry or Proximity Hotel! This fun-filled day not only emphasizes the importance of mental health services but also raises awareness about suicide and its impact on our community. Whether you're running solo, with friends, or as part of a team, everyone is welcome to participate. Don’t forget to register before September 3, 2025, to ensure you receive a commemorative t-shirt. Organiser's Description
Sheas Chase began as a way to promote mental wellness through movement and conversation. Ten years later, that purpose still holds true. Were inviting our community to come together on September 27, 2025, for a day thats both fun and meaningfulsupporting mental health services and raising awareness about suicide and the lives it has touched.
The 5K course begins and ends at Revolution Mill. Whether youre running to compete or walking with friends, solo or on a team, young or oldall are welcome.
Please note: Registrations after September 3, 2025, are not guaranteed a t-shirt.
