The Falcon 5K Run is an annual event that honors our military and commemorates Health & Wellness month. Furthermore, it encourages Airmen to improve their personal fitness and mental health through running or walking. This year the event will take place during the May UTA. Its a family-friendly activity where participants can run or walk a 5-kilometer (5K) distance.
You are encouraged people to wear appropriate fitness gear or costumes (keep it PG), to add a fun and festive element to the run. Whether youre a seasoned runner or just looking for some outdoor exercise, the Falcon 5K Run provides an opportunity to enjoy physical activity with others.
