Kick off the day with race day packet pickup starting at 7:30 AM, followed by the opening ceremonies at 8:00 AM. The 1-mile Fun Run/Walk begins at 8:15 AM, with the 5K race following at 8:45 AM. Participants can look forward to fantastic race swag, including a custom short sleeve tech running shirt for the first 250 registrants before July 19, 2025. After crossing the finish line, enjoy coffee and donuts, and don’t miss the chance to unwind at MoMac Brewery for a celebratory pint! A charity fundraiser event now in its 11th year benefiting local initiatives to improve delivery of mental health care in the Hampton Roads area. The race is a certified fast out and back 5K course and a 1-mile Fun Run that courses through the scenic Harbour View area of Suffolk that runs alongside a golf course and passes several beautiful lakes. Race bling includes an awesome custom short sleeve tech running shirt for the first 250 participants before July 19, 2025. Shirt order will be placed on 07/19/2025 after 12:00 noon. Easy parking available. This race has something for everyone from elite runners to walkers. Coffee and donuts served after the race.
