Join us for the 12th Annual Native Breast Cancer Awareness Walk/Run on Saturday, October 17, 2026, in beautiful Elk Grove, Sacramento! This uplifting event features a choice of a 1.4-mile walk or a 2.8-mile run, providing a perfect opportunity to engage with your community while supporting a vital cause.
Participants can enjoy a day filled with fun activities, including carnival games, a jump house, and even face painting for the kids! Early bird registration opens June 15 and runs through August 9 for just $45, while late registration will cost $55 until September 11. Each registration includes an event t-shirt, a swag bag, light breakfast, lunch, drinks, and a raffle ticket. Plus, the MAMMO Van will be onsite offering screenings, along with health booths and live entertainment throughout the day.

OUR JOURNEY:
To increase breast cancer awareness and screening, especially for
Native American women. Breast cancer is the second leading cause of
death for Native American women. It's estimated that approximately 1 in
8 women will get breast cancer in her lifetime. Our goal is to raise
awareness and encourage women to screen early.
