IMPORTANT WEATHER UPDATE
We are closely monitoring the weather forecast for Saturday, October 10, due to the potential impact of the tropical weather system moving through the region.

At this time, we remain optimistic and are planning to move forward with the event as scheduled!

While some rain and wind are possible, we are hopeful that the timing of the weather will work in our favor. We are staying in close communication with our local Race Director and will continue to monitor conditions at Sesquicentennial State Park.

As always, the safety of our participants, volunteers, and supporters is our top priority. Should there be any changes to the event schedule or plans, we will communicate those updates by email as soon as possible.

For now, we're looking forward to seeing everyone on Saturday morning! Fingers crossed Mother Nature cooperates!

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT PARK ENTRY: Registered Runners and Walkers will have the State Park entry fee covered by a generous donor! You will be able to enter for FREE by showing your Ostomy 5k registration confirmation at the gate. Your registration confirmation will be sent by email. You can also access your registration by logging into RunSignup.com.

Race Day Packet Pick-Up:
9-9:45 AM at the Registration Table or the Timing Tent

Your packet will include your race bib, event shirt and other race-day materials.

A quick note about shirts: Participants who registered by the September 4 shirt guarantee deadline are guaranteed the shirt size selected during registration. If you would like to exchange your shirt for another size, please wait until after participant check-in is complete. Any exchanges will be based on remaining availability.

Once youve registered you have the option to CREATE a new RACE GROUP/TEAM or to JOIN one thats already been established. This is a great way to get others in your community to Register to Participate in the Run and compete against each other. Invite family, friends, co-workers to Register, pick to be on your Race Group/Team (or start their own), order their T-Shirt & Bib and celebrate the day with you! (Please note this is NOT a Team Fundraiser. To set up a Personal or Team Fundraiser, please go to the DONATE button.)

Fundraising is an important aspect of our Run for Resilience Ostomy 5K. Funds raised help UOAA continue to provide resources, educational materials, advocacy and support to the ostomy and continent diversion community.
