Join us for the exhilarating 2025 Patriot 5K-10K Run/Walk on Sunday, June 8, 2025, in beautiful Rome, Oneida! This exciting event, sponsored by the Roman Runners Club, honors the legacy of US Army Air Corps 1st Lt. Frank Fazekas and promises a day filled with camaraderie, competition, and community spirit. Participants can choose between a scenic 5K or a challenging 10K run/walk, both set against a stunning backdrop. The races will kick off at 9:00 AM, with packet pickup available from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM at Orgill.
All registered participants will receive a commemorative shirt, and there will be an awards ceremony immediately following the races, recognizing top finishers in various age categories as well as overall male and female winners. The event also features a special trophy for the 1st place military competitors in both the 5K and 10K. Don’t miss your chance to be part of this incredible experience that is also a proud participant in the Route 20 Road Challenge!
