Join us on Thanksgiving morning at the Annual Davidson Turkey Trot - Davidson's Thanksgiving tradition for all. The 5k course winds through beautiful downtown Davidson. Bring the whole family out for this fun, family-friendly event benefitting non-profits in Davidson and beyond.
*Please note: All children and adults planning on receiving a timing bib and an official race time must register and pay the full race fee. Children under 8 years old, not planning to receive a timing bib, will not need to register and may run at leisure.
_NOTE: MUST REGISTER BY NOVEMBER 1, 2025 AND PICK-UP THEIR T-SHIRTS AT PACKET PICK-UP TO GUARANTEE A SHIRT. T-SHIRTS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK-UP AFTER THE START OF THE RACE. _

WHEN DOES RACE-DAY REGISTRATION CLOSE?
Race-Day Registration, Bib Assignments and Packet Pick-Up closes strictly at 7:35 AM. We will not be able to provide mailing or additional pick-up options post-race.
WHEN WILL THE AWARDS BE ANNOUNCED?
Awards will be announced soon after the top finisher times have been assessed and the winners are identified. We anticipate around 8:45 AM. You'll want to stick around for awesome prizes for our top male and female runners.
IS THE COURSE TIMED?
This race is a 5k course timed by Queen City Timing. All results will be posted online here at Runsignup.com and additionally on QueenCityTiming.com as runners finish.
WILL THERE BE FOOD?
We plan to have donuts, fruit, water, and coffee. Quantities are limited.
OTHER
Bathrooms will be provided with Portable Restrooms located on the backside of the Green. The course is coned, protecting runners and families on their run / walk through the town of Davidson. Event concludes around 10:30 AM. Runners will be placed in age groups based on increments of 5 to allow for more accurate competition.
