THE GULF COAST CARNIVAL ASSOCIATION HAS TEAMED UP WITH THE GULF COAST RUNNING CLUB TO PRESENT THE SECOND ANNUAL RUN FOR THE BEADS 5K!
* 8:45 AM start for 1 Mile
* 9:00 AM start for 5K
* Awards for all the normal divisions (see race flyer for details).
* 5k: $20 for GCRC Members, $22 for Non-Members (plus RunSignUp's fee)
* $25 for late registration the morning of the race.
* 1 Mile: $15 for children 12 and under
* T-Shirts while supplies last

"Race walking requires the competitor to maintain contact with the ground at all times and requires the leading leg to be straightened as the foot makes contact with the ground.
