Get ready for the 47th Annual Upstate Orthopedics Mountain Goat Run, a beloved Syracuse tradition that celebrates community and athleticism! Taking place on Sunday, May 4, 2025, this exhilarating event invites participants of all ages to conquer the scenic 10-mile course through the hills of Syracuse, Onondaga. The day kicks off with a Kid's Half Mile Timed Fun Run at 8:50 A.M., followed by the main 10-Mile Mountain Goat Run and a two-person relay at 9:15 A.M. and the Family Pet Walk at 9:20 A.M.
Join in the post-race festivities starting at 10:00 A.M., where you'll enjoy refreshments and camaraderie, and don’t miss the awards presentation at 11 A.M. recognizing the top male and female runners. Make sure to register online ahead of time, as there will be no paper or cash accepted on race day. Whether you're a seasoned runner or a first-timer, the Mountain Goat Run promises a fun and engaging experience for everyone involved!

THE MOUNTAIN GOAT RUN IS A 10 MILE SYRACUSE TRADITION, OPEN TO PARTICIPANTS OF ALL AGES. WE HAVE BEEN CONQUERING THE HILLS OF SYRACUSE FOR 46 YEARS - BRINGING OUR COMMUNITY TOGETHER EACH YEAR.
