With relation to the upcoming St. Patrick's Day holiday in March, we invite you to join us for Vineyard City's 2025 Gold Rush race series on Saturday, March 22nd, 2025! Having been formerly acknowledged as one of the fastest growing cities in the nation, Vineyard City has already begun to make a name for itself! We are excited to offer a 5K & Kids 1K as part of our 2025 Gold Rush Race Series. The flat 5K race course will be chip-timed. The 5K route includes a beautiful trail view of Utah Lake and the opportunity to receive a real Golden Dollar coin if you can beat the race Leprechaun!
DISCOUNTS:
For groups of 3+ persons living within the same household that want to register for any of the 2025 Gold Rush races, the cost for the entire household is just $55! This does not include race shirts. If race shirts are wanted in addition to the household rate, the cost is an additional $12 per shirt. To receive the household discount code, please select the discount when signing up.
For groups of 5+ persons not all living in the same household that want to register together for the 2025 Gold Rush 5K, the cost for each person is $20! This does not include a race shirt. If race shirts are wanted in addition to the group rate, the cost is an additional $12 per shirt. To receive the group discount code, please select the discount when signing up.
If you would like to participate in all three Vineyard City 5K Races in 2025 (Gold Rush, Vineyard Days, and Blizzard), we offer a $60 price. AWARDS:
Top Overall Female and Male Finisher for 5K race to receive a $50 gift card to Runner's Corner! They are also to show up in the race results as 1st Place in their Age Division.
Top Overall Female and Male Finisher of Kids 1K races to receive a $25 gift card to Runner's Corner!
All 5K & 1K race finishers are to receive a participation medal.
Top 3 Female and Male finishers in each age division of the 5K race are to receive a Winners Medal
Each race registrant who registers before 12:00pm (NOON) on March 17th, 2025, is to be entered into the race raffle (includes gift cards to local Vineyard businesses)!
AGE DIVISIONS PER GENDER FOR THE 5K RACE:
* Under 14
* 14-18
* 19-24
* 25-29
* 30-34
* 35-39
* 40-49
* 50-59
* 60+
OTHER:
Strollers are allowed in each race. However, child(s) in a stroller are not allowed to win the top overall male/female award, nor an age division medal. If a parent/guardian is interested in running alongside their child(s) in the Kids 1K race, only the child(s) need to register for the race.
*Persons who register after February 28th, 2025 will not have the opportunity to purchase a race shirt, due to excess time needed for shirts to be printed*
PERSONS WANTING TO REGISTER AFTER 12:00PM (NOON) ON MARCH 17TH, WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE REGISTER THE MORNING OF THE RACE AT GROVE PARK IN VINEYARD
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Up until 3 weeks before race day, event transfers allowed or 100% race registration refund (minus the transaction fees). Within 3 weeks of race day, there are no refunds or race transfers allowed.
