Our 32nd Annual Arc Race is happening on Saturday, September 12th. If you can't make it, you can walk or run virtually in support of our mission! Getting involved has never been easier! When you sign up to walk or run, you support the Arc of Onondaga Foundation's efforts on behalf of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who receive support from Arc of Onondaga. Since 2002, the Arc of Onondaga Foundation has given over $1,000,000 in grants that have made a positive and lasting effect on the people and families that Arc supports.

Choose your event the 5K, KIDS 1 MILE FUN RUN, or the 3K FAMILY FUN WALK! Whether you run or walk, you will be supporting the Arc of Onondaga Foundation in its efforts to raise important funds so individuals with developmental disabilities can lead purpose-driven, independent and inclusive lives in our community.

This year will mark the eleventh year of our Athletes in Tandem program which fosters relationships between athletes with disabilities and community runners and walkers to enhance their quality of life by empowering them to participate in competitive sporting events. 5k Start Time: 9:00 AM

3k Walk Start Time: 9:15 AM



PACKET PICKUP
RACE BIBS AND SHIRTS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 11TH FROM 11AM-6PM AT FLEET FEET, 5800 BRIDGE STREET IN EAST SYRACUSE. IF YOU CANNOT MAKE IT TO PACKET PICKUP, BIBS AND SHIRTS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON RACE DAY IN THE REGISTRATION AREA.
