This exciting event kicks off at 8:00 AM, with all runners gathering behind the Mayflower Building, near Paul’s Muscle Mecca, before racing towards the iconic Paul and Babe. Whether you're an avid runner or just looking for a fun day out, the 5K race is perfect for participants of all skill levels. Pre-registration is just $30, with same-day registration available for $35 starting at 6:00 AM.
But that's not all! We also have a FREE .5k Kids Run at approximately 9:00 AM, where kids can join in on the fun without any prior registration—just show up and race! All proceeds from this fantastic community event will support the Bemidji High School and Middle School Track and Cross Country teams, making it a great way to give back while enjoying a day of fitness and family fun. Online Registration closes at 8:00 p.m. on Friday July 31st. You can still register on race day starting at 6:00 a.m. online and at the Start Line
