Okay People! Did you know that April 22nd is Earth Day? Go Planet It's Your Earth Day! We are celebrating with our tenth annual Earth Day 5K and participants will get a beautiful Earth Day medal. We love this incredible and amazing planet that we live on!
What: This is a 5K virtual run (or walk) to celebrate planet EARTH!
When: Complete your race any time in 2026, even better if it's April 22!
*Medals and bibs will ship out within 2 to 5 days of signing up.
Where: You choose the course and you time yourself (youll report your finishing time to us).
Why: Because this is our way of celebrating our beautiful planet!
Cost: The price is $25 and that includes your medal, bib and at least 15% of every entry will be donated to charity.*
What is a Virtual Race?
A virtual race is a race that can be run (or walked) from any location you choose. You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill, at the gym or on the track (or ev en at another race). You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself. Running and walking on your own, or with friends! And your medal will be shipped directly to you. Complete a virtual 5Ks, 10K, half marathon and more!
Each race benefits a difference charity
For each of our virtual races, we choose a charity to donate a portion of each registration to. Weve already raised more than $1,00,000 for charities from races here at Virtual Run Events! Our goal is to continue to help different charities around the world.
