Join us at Green Lake for a community-wide celebration of movement and wellness: the Green Lake 5K plus a free, all-day WELLNESS FESTIVAL [https://www.yerbana.com/5k-wellness-festival] (9:00 AM3:30 PM) with outdoor workshops, music, recovery experiences, local wellness brands, and healthy food and drinks presented by YERBANA [https://www.instagram.com/yerbana/] & KID FRIENDLY SEATTLE [https://www.kidfriendlyseattle.com/].
THE RACE
Start your day with an energizing group warm-up led by former UW Husky and NBA player Bobby Ray Jones Jr. (aka Yoga Bob) [https://growunwindconnect.org/yoga-bob/] of Grow Unwind Connect (GUC) [https://growunwindconnect.org/], getting you loose, motivated, and ready to run your best 5K on a flat, fast loop around the iconic Green Lake.
The race is professionally produced by SNOHOMISH RUNNING COMPANY [https://www.snohomishrunning.com/], so whether you're chasing a PR or out for a fun run, you're in great hands. This is a race for everyone, runners and walkers alike. Official pacers will lead groups from 17:00 to 24:00. High school and middle school teams compete for team awards.
Registration includes: race bib, chip timing, a custom race shirt, a finisher medal, race photos, and post-race programming.

PACKET PICKUP: 745 AM. Bring your ID and registration confirmation.
FIRST WAVE STARTS: 9:00 AM, with multiple waves through the morning.
LOCATION: Everything happens at the Green Lake Arch, between the Community Center and E Green Lake Dr N.
