Join us for the exciting 2026 Pace and Pedal Event on Saturday, May 16, 2026, in the beautiful Black River Falls, Jackson! This vibrant day is packed with thrilling activities, including the PACE AND PEDAL Duathlon, featuring a challenging 4.7-mile non-paved running segment followed by a scenic 10.5-mile bike course on paved roads. Participants can join as individuals or teams, and there's a fantastic Youth Category for those 17 and under, complete with top finisher prizes!
Also on the agenda is the exhilarating 5K Color Fun Run/Walk, perfect for participants of all ages. It's FREE for kids 12 and under, while older participants can join for just $10. Experience the joy of bursting through color stations on this fully paved, stroller-friendly course! Plus, don’t miss the free Youth Color Run for those aged 12 and under, featuring a fun 1.0-mile paved route. Every participant will receive a finisher's medal, and T-shirts will be available for purchase until April 23rd. NOTE: THE 4.7 MILE RUNNING PORTION OF THIS RACE IS ON A NON-PAVED TRAIL. THE 10.5 MILE BIKE COURSE WILL BE ON PAVED ROADS.
*Participants can register individually or as a two-person team (please register together if participating as a team).
*Top Finisher prizes for our new Youth Category; ages 17 & Under!
*A bike helmet is REQUIRED during the biking portion of the race.
*For your safety, no earbuds/music will be allowed during the biking portion of the race.
*Finisher's medal for all individuals who complete the duathlon (including team).
*T-Shirts for sale with registration until April 23rd at 12am

*Any age welcome to participate!
*FREE for participants age 12 and under! Only $10 for participants age 13 and up.
*Get ready to be sprinkled in color with the 5K Color Fun Run/Walk!
*Please note -- participants have the option of bypassing the color stations if they wish to stay color-free.
*Course is fully-paved and stroller-friendly. No pets please.
*No awards will be given. Self-timed, fun event.

10:00am - Youth Color Run Start
INCLEMENT WEATHER: Race officials may cancel, delay, or change the race in case of severe weather or other conditions. In the event of cancellation, no refunds will be issued. All events will take place rain or shine. If lightning occurs, times will be backed up in 1/2 hour increments, with cancellation after 2 hours.
All proceeds to Jackson In Action www.jacksoninaction.org [http://www.jacksoninaction.org], Jackson County's Healthy Living Coalition.
