COME JOIN FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS FOR THE 1ST PENMET PARKS _CRUSH THE CUSHMAN_ KIDS DASH, 1-MILE RUN-WALK, AND 5K RUN-WALK. THIS FUN EVENT WILL BE HELD FOLLOWING PENMET PARKS HEALTH & WELLNESS FAIR AT THE RECREATION CENTER AND WILL TAKE PLACE IN EARLY EVENING WITH AN OUT AND BACK COURSE ON THE CUSHMAN TRAIL, STARTING AND FINISHING AT THE PENMET RECREATION CENTER.
* KIDS DASH WILL TAKE THE LITTLE ONES FOR A FUN SHORT RUN AROUND THE GRASS FIELD AT THE REC CENTER.
* 1-MILE RUN-WALK IS FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO GO A LITTLE SHORTER DISTANCE OR MIGHT JUST BE STARTING THEIR FITNESS PROGRAM.
