The 10K race kicks off at 6:45 AM MST, followed by the 5K at 7:00 AM MST, and a free 2-mile run/walk starting at 7:15 AM MST. There are fantastic cash prizes for the top three male and female finishers in each race, with awards of $300 for first place, $200 for second, and $150 for third. Plus, the top five finishers in both the 5K and 10K will receive award plaques! All participants will also take home a commemorative T-shirt. With four aid stations along the course and a vibrant atmosphere, the Salt Seep Run promises a fun-filled day for runners and spectators alike. Don’t miss out on this exhilarating community event!

THE 5K & 10K EVENTS ARE OPEN TO EVERYONE WITH NO MINIMUM AGE. CASH PRIZE: OVERALL TOP THREE (3) MALE & FEMALE IN EACH 5K & 10K ($300 FOR 1ST PLACE, $200 FOR 2ND PLACE, & $150 FOR 3RD PLACE). IN ADDITION, THE TOP FIVE FINISHERS OF THE 5K & 10K FOR MALE AND FEMALE WILL RECEIVE AWARD PLAQUES. ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE A T-SHIRT.
