Get ready to kick off your holiday season with the 52nd Annual Turkey Trot on Saturday, November 21, 2026, in beautiful Decatur, Macon! This lively event, held at Fairview Park, offers something for everyone with race distances including a 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, and the adorable 1/2 mile Turkey Tot Trot for kids aged 12 and under. The festivities commence bright and early, with check-in from 7:30 to 8:15 a.m. and the Tot Trot starting at 8:30 a.m., followed by the main races at 9 a.m.
Participants can look forward to computerized results and age group awards for the 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon, while the Turkey Tot Trot includes a T-shirt and participation prizes. Be sure to register by November 1 to secure your long-sleeved shirt! Late registrations will be accepted online until November 13, and on race day at the pavilion. Enter the 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, or 1/2 mile Turkey Tot Trot in Fairview Park! Tot Trot includes a T-shirt and participation prizes (ages 12 and Under). 5K, 10K, and Half races include computerized results and 3-deep awards per age group. Register by November 1 to guarantee long-sleeved shirt. No shirt orders will be made after this date. Late-Registrations can be submitted online at Runsignup.com until November 13. After November 13th you can only sign up at the pavilion the morning of the race. We are asking all Half Marathon runners to be competitive and are aiming to end all running by 12 noon. This race has been graciously sponsored by ADM and Fleet Feet Decatur. Everyone who completes the Half Marathon in Fairview Park will receive a surprise gift! We will have a Coffee Truck on site for the race.
