Event summary
Join fellow athletes for fencing training at the Bay Area Fencing Club every Saturday morning from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm for just a $25 drop-in fee. Afterward, dive into laser-run training from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm at Raymond J. Fisher Middle School, led by experienced coaches who have competed at the U.S. Olympic Trials. Finally, unleash your inner ninja with an exhilarating training session from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Black Urban Barn, where renowned competitor Earl Hooks will guide you through essential techniques for conquering Modern Pentathlon obstacles. Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to enhance your skills, connect with fellow athletes, and have a blast in the heart of Santa Clara!

11:00 am - 12:30 pm: ($25 drop-in fee) Fencing Training at Bay Area Fencing Club (15445 Los Gatos Blvd.; Los Gatos, CA 95032);
1:30 pm - 2:30 pm: Laser-Run Training at Raymond J. Fisher Middle School;
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Ninja Training at Black Urban Barn (148 E. Virginia St. #2; San Jose CA 95112).
The laser-run training will be coached by Coach Kirt or Coach Pablo, both of whom are certified USA Triathlon Associate Coaches and former U.S. Olympic Trials competitors.
The ninja warrior training at Black Urban Barn will be coached by Earl Hooks, four-time competitor on the American Ninja Warrior television show. Participants will receive group coaching from Earl, focusing on strength, flexibility, and other exercises that are needed to master the standard Modern Pentathlon obstacles.

This is a series of Saturday training sessions focusing on three of the five disciplines of Modern Pentathlon: laser-run (running and laser pistol shooting) and ninja warrior training. Fencing will also be offered separately (for a $25 drop-in fee) at Bay Area Fencing Club on Saturday mornings.
