The day begins bright and early with race day registration and check-in opening at 7:00 AM, followed by a guided stretch at 7:30 AM to get everyone warmed up. The 5K race starts at 8:00 AM, promising a scenic run through the picturesque park, while the Kids Tot Trot will take place at 8:45 AM, ensuring that participants of all ages can join in the excitement. After the race, don’t miss the awards ceremony at 9:00 AM, where we celebrate the achievements of our runners in various age groups. With ample parking options and a complimentary bike valet sponsored by Northside Hospital, it's easy to make your way to this fantastic community event.
