With amenities like a lit course for night running, heated bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen at the aid station, participants can focus on what they do bestโ€”running! Course is EXACTLY a 1 mile loop, with a special start line for a Marathon or 50K finish.

Awards for ALL races will take place at breakfast Sunday morning.

All races are finished by 9:00 am on Sunday morning.

144 Hour race begins at 9:00 am on Monday Morning

72 Hour race begins at 9:00 am on Thursday Morning (option for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday also)

48 Hour race begins at 9:00 am on Friday Morning (option for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday also)

24 Hour race begins at 9:00 am on Saturday Morning (option for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday also)

12 Hour race begins at 9:00 am Saturday Morning or 9:00pm on Saturday Evening (option for Mon., Tues., Wed., Thurs., Fri. also)

6 Hour race begins at 9:00 am Saturday Morning or 6pm on Saturday Evening (option for Mon., Tues., Wed., Thurs., Fri. also)

Marathon or 50K can begin with 72H, 48H, 24H, 12H or 6H race and must be finished by the time the next race starts. also Mon.,Tues.,Wed. also

Runners must start at the appropriate time. We used to allow custom starts times. We will not be allowing this anymore. Marathon or 50K can begin with 144H, 72H, 48H, 24H, 12H or 6H race and must be finished by the time the next race starts.

RUN FOR FREE

Any runner that hits the USATF Qualifying Standards in either the 24 hour or in the 24-hour split in the 48 Hour, 72 Hour or 144 Hour events will be issued a check for the opening entry fee upon completion of the event.

Any runner looking to hit the Qualifying Standards and / or set American Records must know and follow all USATF Rules. The Rules to pay specific attention are Rules 144, 232 and 241. USATF Rule Book

A special area for these runners per Rule 241.2(e) will be near the Start / Finish.

Please notify Race Director if access to kitchen is wanted. PLEASE NOTE THE AID STATION FOOD IS NOT FOR CREW AND FAMILY. Also, your aid starts once your race starts and not before. TOILETS: Sussex County Fairgrounds has public restrooms located just a few steps from the course. There are also Shower facilities located inside the rest rooms. AWARDS: Local artwork will be presented on-site to the TOP 3 male and TOP 3 female completing the greatest number of miles for ALL timed races. Winners of each time category will be recognized at the breakfast/awards ceremony. LIFETIME MILEAGE AWARDS: Coins will be given out to runners at the Sunday Awards ceremony for lifetime miles. Awards will be given for 100 Miles, 250 Miles, 500 Miles, 1000 Miles. Paver Bricks 1500 Miles, 2000 Miles, and etc. Non Lifetime awards / Event awards - Runners receive one (1) of the following awards: 101 Belt Buckles- awarded to those reaching 101 Miles in a single event. (The Quadzilla is 4 marathons, not one event) 200 Belt Buckles- awarded to those reaching 200 Miles in a single event. Marathon Coin- awarded to those in the category Marathon 50K Coin- awarded to those in the category 50K Quadzilla Coin- awarded to those doing the Quadzilla (4 Marathons or 4 50K's) PETS Sussex County Fairgrounds does allow pets, as long as theyre on a leash. By all means, please bring your pet(s) along if you like; there will be plenty of space for them. Please be careful when crossing the course. Also be aware that there will be many other animals on the property. If your pet is uncomfortable around horses, cows, poultry or other animals it may be best to leave them home. SHARING THE COURSE WITH THE GENERAL PUBLIC Please be aware that the course will be closed to the general public while were using it. Having said that, Sussex County Fairgrounds is an active Fairground and will have a horse show, a poultry show, a garden show, a farmers market and possibly other activities going on away from the Race Course. Your friends and family are more than welcome to explore the property while you run. There is plenty to do on the Fairgrounds as well as close by off property.
