Get ready for some wintertime fun on Saturday, December 2 for the 3rd annual Glühwein Gallop 5k Run/Walk! This event starts at 9:00am during the Carmel Christkindlmarkt festivities at Carter Green.The Glühwein Gallop draws its name from the German word Glühwein (pronounced 'glue vine'), which translates to Glowing Wine in English. Glühwein is a delicious mulled wine that is served warm in different flavors. Glühwein and its special mugs are one of the biggest attractions each year at Christkindlmarkt. Glühwein mugs are SOLD SEPARATELY at the market and are NOT INCLUDED with your registration fee.Awards will be offered for overall and age-groups, and for the hysterical costume contest!This event is open to all ages and abilities!
