You'll start off with an initial 10K at 7:28 a.m. and then have until 9:05 a.m. when it's time to go knock out a 5K. (You must finish the 10K in less than 80 minutes in order to get to the 5K start in time). Then a 1 mile run at 10:15 a.m. as your finale.
