The Seventh-day Adventist Church places a strong emphasis on caring for the body, mind, and soul, guided by biblical principles that promote wholistic health. Seventh-day Adventists as one of the groups recognized for exceptional longevity, largely attributed to healthy lifestyle practices. As part of our mission, we seek to share these principlesoften referred to as the 8 Laws of Healthwith the broader community.

This event will include a fun, 5K run or walk open to community members of all ages and fitness levels, as well as a health fair offering educational resources focused on wellness and prevention. Registration includes, bib numbers, t-shirt, and medal.

La Iglesia Adventista del S'eptimo D'ia hace un fuerte 'enfasis en el cuidado integral del cuerpo, la mente y el esp'iritu, gui'andose por principios b'iblicos que promueven un estilo de vida saludable. Los Adventistas del S'eptimo D'ia es uno de los grupos con mayor longevidad en el mundo, atribuida en gran parte a sus h'abitos de vida saludables.

Como parte de nuestra misi'on, deseamos compartir estos principios de bienestar integral, conocidos como las 8 Leyes de la Salud, con toda nuestra comunidad.

Este evento incluir'a una Carrera/Caminata Recreativa de 5K, abierta a personas de todas las edades y niveles de condici'on f'isica, as'i como una Feria Comunitaria de Salud, donde se ofrecer'an recursos educativos, evaluaciones preventivas e informaci'on para fomentar un estilo de vida saludable. La inscripci'on incluye el n'umero de dorsal, la camiseta y la medalla.
