The day begins with registration and check-in at 7:30 AM, followed by the walk kicking off at 8:15 AM. For just $20, you can secure your spot and receive a T-shirt—be sure to register in advance to guarantee yours!
The first 100 registrants will also receive a free sack pack filled with goodies, so don’t wait to sign up! Enjoy the fun atmosphere with raffles and giveaways, including a chance to win a pink trashcan. All proceeds from this inspiring event will be donated to Texas Oncology in Longview. Wear the color that represents your reason to walk and help us cover Lake Gladewater with a vibrant display of support. Together, we can make a difference in the fight against cancer!

Join us at LAKE GLADEWATER on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2026 for our annual 5K WALK FOR CANCER!
This walk represents more than one cancer and more than one color. Were coming together as a community to Fight Cancer in ALL Colors honoring the _fighters_, CELEBRATING SURVIVORS, remembering those weve lost, and _SUPPORTING_ the families who have been impacted by cancer.
