Organiser's Description
The 70th Annual Beaufort Water Festival welcomes you to the festivals fourth event of the year, the 5k/10k on Saturday, May 2nd 2026. The 5K/10K race will start at 8:00 AM in the beautiful town of Port Royal at the Live Oaks Park. This wonderful flat course takes you along the moss-draped giant live oaks with beautiful views of the Intracoastal Waterway. The course is USATF Certified #SC18011DW
The 5k is a run or walk for $25.00 and the 10k is a run only for $30.00. Walk-up registration will be available the day of the race for $25.00 for the 5K and $30.00 for the 10K. Participants pre-registered by April 22, 2026 will receive a 70th Annual Beaufort Water Festival 5K/10K t-shirt. Registration after April 22, 2026 and walk-up registration does not include a t-shirt. There may be some t-shirts for sale the day of but this cannot be guaranteed.
Timing is provided by Grounded Running. Awarded categories include: overall male, overall female, and the top 3 in each age division.
Pre-registered packet pick-up will take place at Grounded Running, located at 2139 Boundary Street, Suite 108 on Friday, May 1st, 2026 from 12-5:00 PM and at Live Oaks Park in Port Royal on Saturday morning from 7:00-7:40 AM. Walk-up race day registration will take place on Saturday morning from 7:00-7:40 AM to ensure an on-time start at 8:00 AM.
