Experience Spring Hill Cemetery Park and Arboretum like never before! Join us for a unique trail run or hike through history and nature, benefiting the Mary Price Ratrie Arboretum located right within the cemetery grounds.
About the Event
This is a short but challenging 4-mile-ish route with over 800 ft of elevation gain. Whether youre racing for a top spot or taking a fall hike, you'll traverse green lanes, single-track woodland boundary trails, and open ridge tops featuring stunning views up and down the Kanawha Valleyall during peak autumn colors!
Keep an eye out for local wildlife like deer and box turtles, as well as historic monuments honoring the individuals who shaped Charlestons rich history.
Hiker Special: All registered hikers will receive an informative guide highlighting key points of interest and historical monuments along the course!

Parking & Logistics
Signage and stewards will direct participants to designated parking at the East and West gates (up to a 1/2-mile walk to the start line). Carpooling from Laidley Field is encouraged.
