This year, the All Saints 5k Shuffle features a special twist with a costume contest to celebrate the Halloween spirit! Runners are encouraged to don their best Halloween or Saint costumes, with prizes for the most creative outfits. After crossing the finish line, participants can indulge in delicious hot coffee and pancakes, generously provided by the Knights of Columbus, while celebrating their accomplishments. Join us for a day filled with community, camaraderie, and a dash of Halloween charm! Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to run for a cause while having a blast!

Organiser's Description
This 5k run/walk benefits the Saint Annes Guild women's group at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church. This group hosts several youth and family events throughout the year. Additionally, half of the proceeds from the run will go to LifeHouse Crisis Pregnancy Center [https://ccsomo.org/lifehouse/] in Springfield, MO.
The course will leave the St. Joseph the Workers rear parking lot off Bluff Drive and head west across NN Hwy. The route passes Ozark High School then jumps onto the City of Ozark's paved trail system and takes runners through the tunnel under Jackson Street. The course takes hard right and up to the turn around point in front of First Baptist Ozark. It's back the way you came including that fun uphill to the finish line back at St. Joseph the Worker.
We will have hot coffee and pancakes (Thanks to our Knights of Columbus) waiting for you back in our Parish Hall.
This year we will incorporate a COSTUME CONTEST as the race day falls on All Hallows Eve!
We will have a prize for the best Halloween Costume and for the best Saint Costume since All Saints Day follows All Hallows Eve. So, join us for the run and a little extra costume fun this year! Winners must run in their costumes!

Small gathering of brave dedicated runners. The first 1.6 miles, 2.5k is mostly downhill. The real battle is the way back. Great group of runners, awesome event. Plus pancakes
