ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE FRIDAY NIGHT @ 6PM and WILL REOPEN ON-SITE @ 7am
Please join us on Saturday, May 4, 2024 as we raise awareness about Alzheimer's Disease and other forms of dementia, honor and remember those impacted by the disease, and raise funds for ADRC to continue to provide support and services to families on Long Island.

ADRC Mission: To provide care, support and education programs to families in need, and to be advocates for local families who are impacted by Alzheimer's Disease and other dementias.
Program of the Day:8:30 am Registration & Grab & Go Breakfast9:30 am Program Ceremony & Recognition10:00 am Walk Begins10:30 am - 1:00 pm Festival Fun & BBQ Lunch
$30 per person, Children 12 and under are FREE
Raise $100 and receive a commemorative T-Shirt
