NETWORK, LOCATED IN JEFFERSON, THEY PROVIDE PERSONAL MENTORING AND SUPPORT; HELP CONNECTING WITH SOCIAL SERVICE AGENCIES; FAMILY HOUSEHOLD ASSISTANCE; SCRIPTURE BASED DISCUSSIONS; EMPOWERMENT AND ENCOURAGEMENT.
