Get ready for a spooktacular day of fun and fitness at the Amherst Skeleton Run on Sunday, October 27, 2024! Taking place in the charming city of Amherst, Lorain, this exciting event features a variety of race distances to suit every runner. The day kicks off bright and early at Steele Gym Lobby with race day registration and packet pick-up starting at 7:00 AM. Young runners can look forward to the 1/4 Mile Silly Run for grades K-5 at 8:30 AM, followed by the 1/2 Mile Funny Run for grades 6-8 at 9:00 AM. The main event, a thrilling 5K run, begins at 9:30 AM with chip timing for all participants.
Join us for a festive atmosphere as we celebrate health and community, all while supporting a great cause! Participants in the 5K will receive a participation medal, gloves, and a stylish Tek T-shirt, with goodies for the first 300 paid entries. There are also exciting divisions for dogs and strollers, ensuring that everyone can join in on the fun!
