Join us for the Autism Awareness Fun Walk on Saturday, April 5th, 2025, at Bruce Meisner Park in Hickory, Catawba! This uplifting event, held from 10 AM to 1 PM, celebrates National Autism Awareness Month by fostering understanding and acceptance of individuals with autism. Participants can register for free or make a $10 donation to enter a raffle, with all proceeds going towards purchasing participation medals for individuals with disabilities and supporting community programs at We Rock the Spectrum-Hickory.

April is National Autism Awareness Month! This month is about increasing an understanding and acceptance of individuals with autism.
This year we want to offer a Fun Walk on Saturday, April 5th from 10 am 1 pm at Bruce Meisner Park.
You can register for free or there is a $10 donation option to participate, which will enter you in a raffle! T-shirts are also available for pre-sale. We can not guarantee there will be shirts to purchase the day of the event. Last day to purchase in Sunday, March 16th.
Proceeds will be used to purchase individuals with a disability a participation medal and the rest of the proceeds will go towards purchasing supplies for We Rock the Spectrum-Hickory to be able to continue to run successful programs for the community!
