Join us for the Autism Awareness Fun Walk on Saturday, April 5th, 2025, from 10 AM to 1 PM at Bruce Meisner Park in Hickory, Catawba! This exciting event celebrates National Autism Awareness Month by fostering understanding and acceptance for individuals with autism. Participants can register for free or opt for a $10 donation, which not only enters you into a raffle but also supports a great cause. T-shirts will be available for pre-sale, so be sure to grab yours early as supplies on the day of the event may be limited. Proceeds will directly benefit individuals with disabilities by providing participation medals and supporting We Rock the Spectrum-Hickory in delivering impactful community programs. Whether you're walking or cheering from the sidelines, your support makes a difference! Don't miss this chance to come together for a wonderful cause and have fun with the community!

April is National Autism Awareness Month! This month is about increasing an understanding and acceptance of individuals with autism.
This year we want to offer a Fun Walk on Saturday, April 5th from 10 am 1 pm at Bruce Meisner Park.
You can register for free or there is a $10 donation option to participate, which will enter you in a raffle! T-shirts are also available for pre-sale. We can not guarantee there will be shirts to purchase the day of the event.
Proceeds will be used to purchase individuals with a disability a participation medal and the rest of the proceeds will go towards purchasing supplies for We Rock the Spectrum-Hickory to be able to continue to run successful programs for the community!
