Join us for the Autism Awareness Fun Walk on Saturday, April 5th, 2025, from 10 AM to 1 PM at Bruce Meisner Park in Hickory, Catawba! This exciting event celebrates National Autism Awareness Month, promoting understanding and acceptance of individuals with autism. Participants can register for free or make a $10 donation, which enters you into a fabulous raffle! Don't miss the chance to grab a pre-sale T-shirt, as quantities will be limited on the day of the event. All proceeds will help provide participation medals for individuals with disabilities and support We Rock the Spectrum-Hickory’s community programs. Whether you walk, donate, or purchase a T-shirt, your support makes a difference! Let's come together to raise awareness and have a fun-filled day for a great cause!

April is National Autism Awareness Month! This month is about increasing an understanding and acceptance of individuals with autism.
This year we want to offer a Fun Walk on Saturday, April 5th from 10 am 1 pm at Bruce Meisner Park.
You can register for free or there is a $10 donation option to participate, which will enter you in a raffle! T-shirts are also available for pre-sale. We can not guarantee there will be shirts to purchase the day of the event.
Proceeds will be used to purchase individuals with a disability a participation medal and the rest of the proceeds will go towards purchasing supplies for We Rock the Spectrum-Hickory to be able to continue to run successful programs for the community!
