Course Update: Out-and-Back Edition!
Our race is usually a point-to-point downhill half marathon from Buckley to Orting, WA, featuring a gentle 700 descent along the beautiful Foothills Trail. But due to a temporary bridge closure, this years course will be a scenic out-and-backand still fast and fun!
Runners will head out from charming Orting to South Prairie, then turn around for a speedy downhill finish back into town. Best part? No bus rides! That means more time to hang with friends, cheer on fellow runners, and soak in the mountain views.
The 10k is an out-and-back that starts in Orting, where the finish line is.
Runners enjoy all the fun of the half marathon but with about half the running!
