Join us for the 13th Annual Bacon Hill Bonanza on Saturday, April 26, 2025, in the picturesque town of Schuylerville, Saratoga! This vibrant event features an exciting in-person 5K and 10K road race, both USATF sanctioned, starting at 10:00 AM. The 10K is part of the Adirondack USATF 2025 Grand Prix Series, offering age group winners a delightful homemade pie as a prize! Families can also participate in the 1-mile Kids Fun Run, kicking off at 9:30 AM.
For those who prefer to run from the comfort of their own neighborhoods, we offer virtual options for the 5K, 10K, and 1-mile distances, allowing you to choose your own course and time. The courses will be open and marked from April 1 to April 26, so there's plenty of time to get in your run! Don’t miss out on the chance to enjoy delicious Kings Chocolate Milk and homemade goodies at the finish line. Plus, the first 300 registered participants will receive a commemorative T-shirt. Whether you’re running in person or virtually, your participation supports the Bacon Hill Church and Hudson Crossing

* * * Kids must register separate from Adults * * * * No shirts for the 1 mile fun run, however - 1st place male & female each receive a toll house pie! All participants receive a gift certificate for an ice cream cone at Stewart's. This out and back race starts and ends at the church using Stonebridge Road which will be closed to traffic. Come, run and have some fun!! (Music, lots of cookies and King's Chocolate milk on site!!) **Please note - no animals allowed at USATF sanctioned events -
Virtual 5k Run

Run or walk this event wherever you would like. The Bonanza Course will be marked if you would like to use it. It is an out and back on Stonebridge Road. It will NOT be closed to traffic. Run 6.2 miles wherever you choose. If you would like to use our course, the Bonanza 10k course will be marked, but realize that it WILL NOT be closed to traffic. Participants who choose to use the Bonanza course do so AT THEIR OWN RISK. When you finish this race, give yourself a high five! It's somewhat challenging but very do-able! Please do not use our course on race day (April 26) until after 2:00 pm. Thank you! Packet Pickup: Friday Night, April 26th 5:30 - 6:30 (Shirts can be mailed for an additional $5 fee.)
