Join Carrie On Events for the annual Barley's St. Patrick's Day 5K & Kids Dash on Sunday, March 16th, 2025 in Knoxville, Knox. This exciting event features a Kids Dash starting at 2:00 PM followed by the 5K race at 2:30 PM, both starting and finishing at Barley's Taproom. Participants in the 5K will receive a cool T-shirt, all-you-can-eat pizza buffet, two drinks, a finisher's medal, and more. The Kids Dash includes a t-shirt, pizza buffet, finisher's ribbon, and a surprise gift. Proceeds from the event go to Emily's Power For A Cure to support neuroblastoma research. Strollers and dogs are welcome on the course, and participants are encouraged to dress up for the occasion. Don't miss out on this fun and meaningful event in support of a great cause!

KIDS DASH STARTS AT 2:00 PM AND 5K RACE STARTS AT 2:30 PM ON SUNDAY MARCH 16TH, 2025. Start and finish are at Barley's Taproom in Knoxville.
Join us for the 12TH Anniversary of the best St. Patrick's Day 5K AND our KIDS DASH in Knoxville!!!
EACH 5K ENTRY FEE INCLUDES:
Our cool T-shirt
All you can eat pizza buffet provided by Barley's and two drinks (must be 21+ to drink) will be served by Barley's awesome bartenders.
A finisher's medal, Tshirt, free photo downloads from our awesome photographer, and a swag bag from our fantastic sponsors.
EACH KID'S DASH ENTRY FEE INCLUDES:
Our cool t-shirt in Youth sizes only **ONLY 50 YOUTH SHIRTS AVAILABLE** , All you can eat pizza buffet provided by Barley's, Tshirt, free photo downloads from our awesome photographer, and a swag bag from our fantastic sponsors, a fun finisher's ribbon & a surprise gift! *Kid's Dash is an un-timed 1/2 mile down and back on Jackson Ave. Parent's can walk and encourage kiddos along the route.

All proceeds go directly to Emily's Power For A Cure [https://www.emilyspowerforacure.com/www]. EPFAC is a foundation whose purpose is to raise funds and awareness for neuroblastoma research. It's also a group that we hold very dear to us. Strollers and dogs are welcome (at your own risk) on the course and dress to impress! We have our coveted Carrie Daugherty Spirit Award up for grabs again this year! **Please note that since this course is on an open street, headphones are discouraged.**
