be bold. Running believes that winter training is just as important for success in track as summer running is for fast times in XC. After a long summer of mileage and fall racing, athletes need to reset, rebuild and refocus on spring.
Be Elite Mindset....building more than athletes. be bold. Running WINTER TRACK CAMP offers training for runners of all abilities entering high school and junior high. In addition to training, we will discuss the ELITE MINDSET, leadership, and being a great teammate. We know that as a TEAM we are a bold. force together.
