...for a be bold. TEAM Mile Night speed workout this Thursday at 4pm on the Oklahoma City University TRACK. We'll get as many BB runners together as we can for a controlled, mile-focused speed workout to help you prepare for a big PR on 5/30.
Coach David and Debra will run you through a college-type workout, including warm-up, cool-down and workout design.
If you are currently on a training plan, reach out to us so we can adjust your workouts this week.
