Be Kind To Your Mind 5K Run/Walk

Join us for the Be Kind To Your Mind 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, June 21, 2025, in Casper, Natrona! This uplifting event will take place at the Crossroads Adventure Playground, located at 1081 N Poplar Street. It's a perfect opportunity for families and friends to come together, support a great cause, and enjoy a fun-filled day outdoors. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Iris Clubhouse of Casper, helping to create a supportive community for adults with mental illness.

Whether you choose to run or walk, this 5K promises to be an enjoyable experience for everyone. Early registration is available until May 31st, offering a $5 discount and ensuring you receive your preferred t-shirt size. Don't miss out – online registration continues until June 21st, but be aware that the first 100 registrants will snag a special t-shirt and grab bag! Leashed dogs and strollers are welcome, so bring the whole family along for a day of fitness and fun. Packet pickup will be available on June 20th and the morning of the race, starting at 7 am. Lace up your shoes, bring your positivity, and get ready to make a difference!
