Good Day for a Run Returns to Colonial Beach, VA for their 7th Annual COLONIAL BEACH TO BEER 10K/5K Races and 1 Mile Walk.

RACES FEATURE:
Scenic 5K and 10K Race along the Potomac of Colonial Beach.
Chip-timing, Live-streamed Results, and Awards
5K and 10K Awards are for top 3 Overall and Top 3 per age group (Under14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, etc)
The Course is Flat and Fast! 10K/5K Starts at 9 AM.
5K Walkers and all ages welcome to participate, need to be registered, and start on time at 9 AM.
1 Mile Walk option available for all ages and starts at 9:08 AM. (Non-timed) **Please register by Oct. 6 to guarantee shirt for 1 Milers
Packet Pick-Up Options:
Friday Night - 5-7pm at Colonial Beach Brewery located at 215 Washington Ave, Colonial Beach, VA
Race Day - at Town Hill between 7:30-8:30 AM
RACES INCLUDE:
Drink Ticket for either a Colonial Beach Brewing Craft Beer or Root Beer soda, or IceHouse Brewery beer is included with your entry
A high-quality short sleeve shirt included. **Long Sleeve Shirts available for $6 extra. *Please register by Oct. 6 to guarantee your first choice.
ALL Participants receive a Beach to Beer custom Beer Glass.
Water Stations on Course and at Finish Line

Tasty Food Trucks to enjoy for post run food options... Featuring Denson's food truck
Various lawn games for the entire family or for you and your friends
Please bring your own beach chairs or blankets to hang out after!
