Event summary
All active and retired military personnel are invited to participate at no charge, just bring your Military I.D. to pick up your bib. Every participant will receive a commemorative finisher medal, serving as a lasting tribute to the heroes we remember. Additionally, awards will be given to the top three men and women in each age group, making this event a perfect blend of competition and remembrance. Come out and run with gratitude, run with remembrance, and run for those who gave everything!
Organiser's Description
THE MEMORIAL DAY 5K/10K/15K IS A MEANINGFUL WAY TO PAY TRIBUTE TO OUR FALLEN HEROESBY GATHERING AS A COMMUNITY, CELEBRATING THEIR LEGACY, AND MOVING FORWARD IN THEIR HONOR. WE ARE OFFERING ALL ACTIVE AND RETIRED MILITARY A *COMPLIMENTARY RACE (5K, 10K OR 15K)" ON MAY 23, 2026. (_MILITARY I.D. OF THE ATHLETE MUST BE SHOWN TO PICK UP BIB._)
JOIN US ON THE TRAILS ALONG THE BOISE RIVER STARTING & FINISHING AT ANN MORRISON PARK.
PARTICIPANTS MAY CHOOSE FROM THE 5K, 10K, OR 15K DISTANCES, EACH OFFERING A PATRIOTIC RACE-DAY EXPERIENCE FILLED WITH PURPOSE AND PRIDE. ALL ATHLETES WHO CROSS THE FINISH LINE WILL RECEIVE A COMMEMORATIVE FINISHER MEDAL, A LASTING REMINDER OF THE DAY AND THE HEROES IT REPRESENTS.
TO RECOGNIZE OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCES, AWARDS WILL BE PRESENTED TO THE TOP THREE MEN AND WOMEN IN THE TRADITIONAL FIVE-YEAR AGE GROUPS FOR ALL THREE RACE DISTANCES.
