Get ready for an exhilarating day of fitness and fun at the Bishop Verot 5k/1 Mile event on Saturday, April 27, 2024, in beautiful Fort Myers, Lee! This exciting race day features two fantastic options for participants: challenge yourself with the 5k course or take a quick dash on the 1-mile track. The 5k event kicks off at 8 AM, followed by the 1-mile timed race starting at 9 AM, where you can choose to compete in various groups based on your speed.

Not only is this a great opportunity for runners of all levels to showcase their skills, but all proceeds from the event will support our dedicated Cross Country Athletes as they embark on a training trip to Flagstaff, Arizona, this summer. Participants can look forward to handmade awards for the top three overall finishers in both the 5k and 1-mile events, along with gift cards for select winners.
