Welcome to the Black Mountain Turkey Burner Trail Race. The most technical trail race on the ERS' Sunshine Series schedule.
Join us Saturday November 30, 2024, for the 8th Annual event and burn off all that turkey (or tofurkey) you may have consumed over the holiday. All runners will start and finish at the Black Mountain Community Park. Both the Half and 10K will experience some major "hill" climbing on some very technical trails, while the 5K will feature some less technical and a little more groomed dirt trail (but will still get in some hills)
All courses are 100% dirt trail with elevation gains up to 2000' for the Half Marathon.
This race is limited to 450 runners.
CARPOOLING IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
