Join us on Saturday, October 4, 2025, in Fort Washington, Prince George's, for an energizing event dedicated to promoting health equity and reducing health disparities in minority communities.
The festivities kick off bright and early at 8:00 AM with registration and free health screenings available until 11:00 AM. Participants can look forward to a fun-filled morning that includes warm-up sessions and a race that begins at 9:00 AM. Whether you choose to walk or run, your participation will help shine a light on the importance of health and wellness in our communities. Don't miss the closing celebration from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM, where we will come together to celebrate our achievements and the spirit of community. Through advocacy, education, and equitable access to health resources, we empower diverse populations and work to reduce health disparities in minority communities. We are also committed to supporting nurses in their professional development and career advancement by providing education, mentorship, and growth opportunities.
