The fourth annual edition of the Bluegrass Mile provides runners of all abilities a unique opportunity to cover 5,280 feet on the dirt track at Red Mile. Whether you're looking for a competitive mile or a community walk, all are welcome to join us for an evening on the track.

Multiple heats for the mile race allow runners of all abilities to participate in the event (1 Elite, 3 Open). Whether you're a first-time racer, a seasoned runner looking for a tune-up, or a competitive runner interested in a unique course, the Bluegrass Mile offers something for everyone. On Running will have demo shoes available. Run an extra mile or two in them. You may find your next go-to pair!
