THE BNA 5K ON THE RUNWAY OFFERS PARTICIPANTS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO RUN ON AN ACTUAL AIRPORT RUNWAY AT NASHVILLE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. THIS ONE-OF-A-KIND EVENT PROVIDES AN UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE WHILE SUPPORTING THREE MEANINGFUL ORGANIZATIONS: NASHVILLE STATE COMMUNITY COLLEGE, SECOND HARVEST FOOD BANK OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE, AND MUSICIANS ON CALL. PROCEEDS FROM THE RACE HELP SUPPORT EDUCATION, FIGHT HUNGER, AND BRING THE HEALING POWER OF MUSIC TO THOSE IN NEED. *ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE A COMMEMORATIVE T-SHIRT (UNISEX) AND A MEDAL! TO GUARANTEE YOUR PREFERRED SHIRT SIZE, YOU MUST REGISTER BY MARCH 18. AFTER THIS DATE, SHIRT SIZES WILL BE AVAILABLE ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS WHILE SUPPLIES LAST. SHIRT SIZE EXCHANGES WILL ONLY BE PERMITTED ON RACE DAY (SATURDAY, MAY 3, 2025), SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Jogging strollers are allowed. We ask that jogging strollers start behind the runners to minimize the risk of collisions or congestion at the race. It is free for children riding in a stroller unless they would like to receive a medal and a t-shirt. Any children that would like to run/walk or ride in a stroller and receive the t-shirt and medal must be a registered participant.
Dogs are allowed. Runners with dogs should start at the back of the line to minimize the risk of congestion and to avoid entanglement with other runners. No retractable leashes, please.

We will be giving out awards after the event to our top 3 Male/Female finishers in each of these age groups:
* 12 & under
* 13-17
* 18 & Over
