If you're saying to yourself "but can I do this?" The answer is YES! This course will challenge seasoned racers and be fun for beginners. We will have options for all!
Choose from several ticket options:1) Open 5k or 10k: Forget the competition! Join us just for fun!
2) Elite 10k: Compete for overall and age group prizes
3) Tadpole (Kids): A special BONEFROG 1/2 mile course for kids 12 and under. Whether it's your first OCR race or you've come back to conquer the BONEFROG wall again, there's fun for all ages. Parents may help the kids through the course and run with them. Plus, they'll get the collectible BONEFROG Tadpole medal.
4) Last Warrior Standing Ruck Powered By Brute Force: 7K ruck through the course that fuses obstacle course racing, rucking and the "unknown". The last warriors standing will compete in the ultimate duel in front of the 8am start line corral to crown the last warrior standing. The ruck starts before the sun rises. The fight for the last warrior standing will be the culmination of the event. (minimum weight for men- 25 pounds, minimum weight for women- 15 pounds)

Conquer the BONEFROG course after an epic day of volunteering at the event!BONEFROG provides awesome perks for volunteers including a discounted race entry for only $15.
The day starts with a briefing and training to get you ready for your volunteer role. Whether you're helping set up obstacles, assisting runners, or managing the finish area, you'll be an integral part of putting on an incredible event. Once your shift is done, you'll trade your volunteer t-shirt for a race bib and tackle the challenging BONEFROG obstacles yourself.
Volunteers get to race for just $15, which is an amazing reward for your efforts.Can't race that day? BONEFROG also provides deferral codes for use at a future race.

*Please note that all start times are subject to change depending on the number of registrations and the weather. This is a RAIN OR SHINE event. In the event of extreme weather (lightning, hail, tornado, or another act of God) we will delay the event until the weather clears. Our team will do everything possible to keep it on schedule but we thank you for your understanding ahead of time!

What makes BONEFROG different?
BONEFROG is designed for weekend warriors, elite athletes and youth racers looking for an experience of a lifetime. BONEFROG provides a supportive racing environment where athletes can start their obstacle course racing journey where they are. We support our competitors, invest in the racing community, and will continue to collaborate with other races and organization focused on growing the sport.

Is this a mandatory completion race or can we burpee/penalty out?
In 2024, BONEFROG will be continuing with a 100% mandatory completion model and adding a designated retry lane for Elite/Competitive Waves. Burpees (or other exercises) and penalties in addition to a retry lane will not be offered. If you fail an obstacle, you will need to retry that obstacle in the retry lane until you complete it. Open Waves will always be encouraged to attempt every obstacle but not required to do so to continue through the course. After all, it’s your journey. Start where you are! Elite/Competitive athletes that cannot complete an obstacle and decide to continue through the course, will give up their band and be removed from the competitive standings. (In the event that less than 3 people have 100% completion in any category, or age group in the elite/competitive waves, we will NOT move to non-complete finishers. So if only two people in an age group have 100% completion, there will only be two people on the podium. 100% completion is mandatory for awards- but everyone gets a finisher medal.)
