Get ready to lace up your running shoes and support a great cause at the Book It! 5k event organised by Friends of the Clark County Public Library. Taking place on Saturday, 26th October 2024 in Winchester, Clark, this fun-filled fundraiser race welcomes participants to come dressed as their favorite book character and hit the grass running trail at Lykins Park. In addition to the 5k race, there will also be a costume contest with prizes for the best-dressed participants. Awards will be presented to the top 3 runners, making this event a perfect blend of fitness and fun. Organiser's Description
A 5k fundraiser race benefiting the Friends of the Clark County Public Library. Costumes are not required but are encouraged! Come out dressed as your favorite book character and enjoy the grass running trail at Lykins Park. We will also be hosting a costume contest. Awards will be presented to the top 3 runners and prizes will be presented for the costume contest best dressed!

Please note that this is a fundraising event and therefore will be hand timed. Please make sure the timers get your number when you cross the finish! Number and shirt pickup will be available starting at 2:00pm before the race.
