Get ready to lace up your running shoes for the Boone Brave Run, taking place on Saturday, February 22, 2025, in the vibrant city of Orlando, Orange. This annual 5K event is a fantastic opportunity for both runners and walkers to come together and celebrate the spirit of the Boone community. The race kicks off at 8:00 AM from the Boone stadium, with check-in starting at 6:30 AM and a special youth race at 7:45 AM. Participants will enjoy a scenic route weaving through the picturesque neighborhoods of Delaney Park, Cherokee Park, and Wadeview Park.
This year marks the 16th edition of this beloved event, and it's more than just a race! With registration fees starting at just $10 for students aged 6-13 and options for adults at $40, there's a chance for everyone to join in on the fun. Plus, participants aged 14 and up can direct 50% of their registration fees to their chosen Boone team or club, helping to support athletic facilities and team needs. Awards will be given to the top three finishing male and female students, along with exciting spirit awards for Boone teams based on registration participation. THE BOONE HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION PROUDLY PRESENTS THE ANNUAL 5K BRAVE RUN ON FEBRUARY 24, 2024.
Join us in celebrating our 16th year of this Boone community event. Both runners and walkers are welcome. The race begins in the Boone stadium and route goes throughout adjacent neighborhoods (Delaney Park, Cherokee Park & Wadeview Park). Register individually or join as a your own fun group. Medals will be awarded for the top 3 finishing female & male students. Can't attend, join virtually and support your favorite Boone team or club.
